Shipping Information
At Repack Much, we place great importance on transparent and fair shipping conditions. Our products are shipped worldwide from our warehouse in Vienna (Dassanowskyweg 16a, 1220 Vienna, Austria). Shipping costs and delivery conditions depend on the destination country, quantity, and shipping method.
General Information
- Orders are generally processed by 5:00 p.m. on the next business day.
- All prices are listed in euros excluding VAT.
- Package shipping with a maximum of 10 pieces per package possible – does not apply to Commander Titan and Admiral Maxximus, here only 8 pieces per package can be shipped.
- Larger quantities (approx. 100 units or more) are delivered via freight forwarding / pallet shipping.
- Shipping costs vary depending on the country and number of parcels/pallets.
- Cash on delivery is only available within Austria.
Delivery Time
- Parcel shipping via DPD / GLS: delivery usually within 1–3 business days.
- Freight forwarding: delivery takes approx. 3 business days after payment is received. For prepayment, the freight carrier is commissioned within 48 hours after payment. The total processing time can be up to 12 business days.

Product Pricing Tiers
Our Woodbags are available in various quantity tiers. The higher the order quantity, the lower the unit price. You can find the specific tiers on each product page or summarized on the Shipping Prices Page.
Example Tier Pricing (Commander Titan):
- up to 79 units: €19.90 each
- from 80 units: €19.80 each
- from 150 units: €19.70 each
- from 300 units: €19.50 each
- from 600 units: €19.40 each
- from 1200 units: €19.30 each
Additional Information
- Transport damage must be reported and documented immediately with the delivery carrier.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal to accept, we reserve the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee and shipping costs.
- Returns should be sent to: Repack Much e.U., Dassanowskyweg 16a, 1220 Vienna, Austria.
- Please use the automatically generated return form, available in your order overview in your customer account.
