Information on the Authenticity of Customer Reviews
At Repack Much, transparency and trust are essential to us. Below we inform you, in accordance with legal requirements, about how we handle customer reviews on our website.
1. Manually Added Testimonials on the Homepage
On our homepage, we display selected testimonials that were sent to us directly by our customers. These are manually integrated and remain fixed on the site.
Each review is marked with a name (e.g. “P. Ehrhardt – Germany”) and reflects a genuine customer experience with our products or service. However, since these reviews are not collected through an automated verification system, we do not verify whether the customer actually made a purchase from us.
Legal note: These testimonials are true to the best of our knowledge and submitted voluntarily. We do not publish anonymous or promotional reviews from third parties.
2. Product Reviews by Registered Users
Registered users with a customer account have the opportunity to leave a review directly under a purchased product. These reviews may include a star rating and a written comment.
Verification process:
- Reviews can only be submitted by users who have registered on our website.
- We do not require proof of purchase for submitting a review.
- However, reviews are manually reviewed by our team for inappropriate content or spam.
3. No Systematic Verification of Purchase
Currently, we do not have an automated verification process in place (e.g., matching order ID or email) to ensure that each reviewer has actually purchased the product.
For this reason, reviews on our product pages may originate from both customers and non-customers.
We are committed to continuously improving our processes and may implement stricter verification mechanisms in the future.
4. Transparency and Integrity
We do not:
- buy or incentivize reviews,
- display only positive reviews, or
- delete negative reviews unless they violate our content guidelines (e.g. hate speech, fake information).
